A full walkthrough of making cinematic AI ads (Nike-style) with Nano Banana Pro (images) + Kling AI (video), using ads for three athletes — LeBron, Ronaldo and Serena — as the examples.

- Nano Banana Pro is insane for making AI ads. He shows the Nike ad he built in a few hours (LeBron at the free-throw line, Ronaldo's free kick, Serena's serve) and then breaks down how it was made.
- The Pro version of Nano Banana has much sharper detail, far better prompt adherence, and better character consistency → combined with Kling AI it produces remarkable animation.
01:26Step 1 — storyboarding
- Inspired by Nike's athlete campaigns. Each of the three athletes (LeBron, Ronaldo, Serena) gets an iconic moment in close-up (Ronaldo's free kick stance, LeBron's celebration, Serena's victory celebration).
- The device tying the three together is a transition built on the ball — all three are ball sports, so it morphs basketball → soccer ball → tennis ball.
- He develops the idea further with ChatGPT (any LLM works) — having it break down scenes and shots surfaces ideas he hadn't thought of.
02:38Step 2 — visualizing the storyboard (Nano Banana Pro)
- He uses Nano Banana Pro inside Higgsfield. The first shot: a body shot of LeBron locked in just before a free throw.
- Example prompt: "Portrait of LeBron from a dramatic frontal angle, yellow Lakers jersey, eyes locked in under the arena lights…" plus camera and lens detail (he asked ChatGPT "what lens would be good for this shot?" → Sony A7R, rich bokeh, dark and moody, deep contrast).
- Even with no reference image, Nano Banana Pro knows who these celebrities are ("it's scary, but it knows"). Settings: the new Pro version, 16:9, 4K (already upscaled), unlimited mode (slow but free).
- This first image becomes the reference starting image for everything after.
04:20Generating different angles
- Extreme eye close-up: feed that image in as a reference and prompt "extreme close-up of LeBron's eyes locked in during a free throw, glistening sweat, arena lights reflected in the pupils, ultra shallow depth of field with creamy bokeh." → the detail is insane, down to pores, the blood vessels in the eye, sweat and reflections. - Then a medium close-up holding the ball, a close-up of the basketball, and so on — adding detail for each angle he wants.
- He repeats exactly the same process for Ronaldo and Serena → every image he needs for the video is done.
06:00Step 3 — animation (Kling AI) — three kinds
- He uses Kling 2.5 Turbo (which supports start and end frames). Three types of animation:
- ① Simple close-up (static): import the start frame and prompt "eyes locked in, one blink, gaze holds on the same point, sweat running from one eye, subtle skin sheen, camera nearly still with a slight natural handheld." — directing the AI like a camera operator. (If the blink is weak, regenerate several times.) For Ronaldo he added the heavy breathing distinctive to his pre-free-kick routine; for Serena, waiting for the return.
- ② Motion: easy or hard depending on the action (Ronaldo actually playing football is hard). LeBron took a few tries and worked — spinning the ball in his hand, "lift the ball slightly and release it in a smooth shooting motion" (like slow motion). Ronaldo's intended motion wouldn't come out, so he switched to a shot of him walking backward (setting up the free kick); Serena was straightforward.
- ③ Transitions (the hardest): using the ball as the morphing object (basketball → soccer ball → tennis ball) while blending the sport's scene too. He feeds two frames (start = this frame, end = the ball at Ronaldo's feet) and prompts "the camera keeps following the ball and holds it centered" (the key to the transition). To prevent bad generations he specifies "don't send the ball left or backward, keep it smooth" → it worked on the first generation. Another transition glitched (Ronaldo's shot missed) but the morph itself was good, so he used it → screenshotting the final frame where Serena catches it by hand and using that as the start frame for the next part.
